Alma Dante is an experienced real estate broker who sells properties in Toronto and surrounding areas since 2007, and her journey started as an personal investor in Toronto real estate since 2004. Despite the challenges during the recessionary times of 2008, Alma's tenacity, passion and desire bring her real estate career and investment goals to fruition, has made Alma the accomplished professional she is today.Building up on two decades of serving happy clients, Alma has expanded her role to become Managing Director of a thriving real estate brand portfolio, and joined forces with trusted colleagues, Shakkoi Hibbert and Jasmin Jagpal, to further enrich and contribute to the dynamic Toronto real estate landscape.Dedicated to excellence and integrity in the industry, Alma served five consecutive years on both the Professional Standards Committee and Arbitration Committee of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). She has further strengthened her expertise by earning advanced industry designations, including: Real Estate Broker, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).
Shakkoi Hibbert

Shakkoi Hibbert is a professional who approaches the real estate world with a distinct and dynamic edge. Holding an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto, she brings a unique blend of academic insight and creative expertise to her work at 708 Real Estate Marketing and development of its brands.As a published author, member of the Writers’ Union of Canada, an experienced arts facilitator and a founder of creative business, Need Some Koi, Shakkoi was featured on platforms like Global News and Breakfast Television. Having formed partnerships with institutions such as the University of Toronto and the TDSB, Shakkoi Hibbert worked with diverse communities to inspire connection and expression.While bringing exceptional communication skills, deep capacity for listening and steadfast people - first approach, Shakkoi is committed to more than just developing trustworthy business relations with Torontonians, she aims to ensure they feel supported, empowered and genuinely at home throughout the entire process.
Jasmin Jagpal
Marketing & Operations Director
Jasmin Jagpal is a dynamic, multi-passionate professional with a love for real estate, and talent for all things behind the scenes - from marketing and events to operations, with a personal interest in health and wellness.With an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies, Diploma in Public Relations and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Marketing Management, Jasmin is a driving force behind 708 Real Estate Marketing and its brand portfolio. She brings authenticity, character and strategic thinking to the team.Real estate is an incredibly personal experience all rooted in her own journey from leasing her first home to eventually buying one. That journey began with Alma Dante - her first landlord and unsurprisingly, her first real estate broker. Alma’s guidance and exceptional customer service inspired Jasmin to further expand her existing interest and knowledge in the Toronto real estate world. That spark evolved into a passion for delivering client focused service that truly resonates on a human level.
